ADVENT CONSPIRACY MESSAGE FEEDBACK

I got these email messages a few days ago and wanted to share them with you. What are your comments? Pastor Frank
Hello Pastor Frank,
I personally wanted to let you know how much your sermon impacted me on today. I generally tell my family each Christmas that I do not want any presents, but after today's sermon, I stressed that I really do not want any personal presents given to me. I told my husband that anyone who wanted to give me a present, should donate the money that would be spent to charity. I will probably name a charity to which the money should be donated.
Also, I had been thinking about a way to have more quality time spent as a family due to busy schedules. My grandmother is 83-years-old and is not able to travel much. Since my mother is an only child, she is often torn between being with us or my grandmother at Christmas. So, after church on today, I told my husband that I would like for us to be with my grandmother at her home in Mobile on Christmas Day; my mother and sister can join us and my grandmother would be 'most elated' (that's one of her favorite phrases). He agreed with me...now that was a praise moment because he always wants us to be at home on Christmas Day, so we have never been away on Christmas.

Be blessed,
Be blessed,
Pastor,
First, I just want you to know how much I appreciate you, and you allowing God to speak through you during your meditation with him. Your sermon on yesterday was my confirmation as to what Marvia and I have planned to do in helping others. It has been several months (prior to the wedding), that I had been planning to make a commitment in doing something for the Memphis Area Children. I had been sharing with several friends about this project, and they told me to move forward. I have been putting it off and putting it off, then on last Sunday (11/08/09) Pastor Pitts preached, "Pay It Forward". I said ok, is this for me? and then on Sunday, your confirmed it. And I want you to know, that on this week, Marvia and I will be kicking off our project entitled, "Top It Off". This will be a community service effort to provide over 1200 kids in the City of Memphis with caps, scarves, and gloves. So many times as an educator, I see kids walking to school with no hat or gloves on during the cold, and so many times I have asked the question, what could I do? I have received the confirmation, and now I know, that this will be a blessed effort, because of the confirmation and the support of friends. Again, I thank you and bless you for being a blessing to us.
Luv Ya Man!
